Over 9 years, our company has been solving the various problems of water treatment. As of today, we have imposing experience in this field allowing choosing the solution which is the best on price and quality for the particular Customer. Working efficiency of our engineering design and equipment is proved by a number of the successful objects in various branches of industry and municipal facilities.

Innovations which implementing together with complex and comprehensive approach became traditional for us; and that provides us clear superiority in solving of problems of baffling complexity and specific applications. Innovative technical solutions implemented in some of our projects for the first time became industrial orientators at realization of similar projects.

In-depth study and analysis of foreign technologies and world trends allow to make tailoring and hi-tech developing in the field of membrane engineering, counter-current ion exchange, biological sewage treatment with nitrogen and phosphor removal, deep removal of residual hydrocarbons, etc., available for the worldwide consumers. We proceed with our active work in this direction.

OUR PROJECTS
Water Disposal Objects: Purification and Treatment Facilities
Execution of design and survey works, amendment of design documentation, preparation of working documentation at purification and treatment facilities.
Output:
  • the first industrial waste water system – 450 m3/hour;
  • the second industrial waste water system – 450 м3/hour.
Chemical Water Treatment Plant with Condensate Purification Function
Design and construction as the General Contractor were completed, the Working Documentation was prepared, the equipment was manufactured and delivered, construction and installation activities were finished.
The following technological solutions were implemented:

  • chemical water treatment – preliminary mechanical filtration, two stages of reversed osmosis, buffer ion-exchange filtering, concentrate re-handling at the 3rd stage of reversed osmosis;
  • purification of "foul" condensate – mechanical treatment in mesh filters, flotation, processing in clarifying and sorption filters, ion-exchange filters;
  • purification of "pure" condensate – use of clarifying, sorption and ion-exchange filters.
Sewage Treatment Facilities
Reconstruction of biological treatment plants with change-over to nitri-denitrification processes and with introduction of the activated sludge vacuumizing technology. Output – 24,000 m3/day.

Completed: technology development, equipment design, manufacture, and delivery followed by successful erection supervision, commissioning and start-up.

Renovation resulted in improvement of the treated water quality by such indexes as BOD, suspended solids, ammonium nitrogen, total nitrogen, phosphorus; besides, operation of the final clarifiers stabilized, too, due to activated sludge vacuumizing. Based on the results of multiannual operation, a decision was made to introduce the activated sludge vacuumizing technology at industrial waste waters purification and treatment facilities.
Chemical Water Treatment Plant
Reconstruction of a chemical production facility introduction of membrane water demineralization methods.

  • Mechanical treatment in mesh filters (200 µm);
  • Pre-treatment by ultrafiltration 270 m3/hour;
  • Demineralization with reversed osmosis 210 m3/hour;
  • Final demineralization in counter-current ion-exchange filters 210 m3/hour.

Design was fulfilled, the Construction Documentation was prepared, the equipment was manufactured and delivered, erection supervision, commissioning and start-up were completed, after-sales services were rendered.
Purification and Treatment Facilities
Design was fulfilled with due consideration for "green construction" standards the equipment was manufactured and delivered, erection supervision, commissioning and start-up were completed.
The following technological solutions were implemented:
  • Mechanical treatment on hydraulic small-sized gap grids and sand traps;
  • Biological nitri-denitrification and dephosphorization;
  • Vacuumizing and activated sludge settling in final clarifiers;
  • Tertiary treatment by membrane ultrafiltration method;
  • Disinfecting by ultraviolet;
  • Activated sludge dewatering in the belt press filter.
Potable Water Production Plant
The "turn-key" design and construction of the potable water production plant with output of 8,400 m3/day.
The following technical solutions were implemented:
  • mechanical treatment in disk filters (400 µm) and mesh filters (100 µm);
  • direct flow coagulation and membrane ultrafiltration processing;
  • partial demineralization and softening in reverse osmosis plants;
  • sorption fine purification in charcoal filters;
  • disinfecting by sodium hypochlorite prior to feeding the water into urban network.
