RESULTS:

Capacity:

The nominal capacity of the WTP:

  • 17.26 m³/h for process and fire-fighting water;
  • 380 m³/h for demineralized water;
  • 91 m³/h for demineralized water.

The capacity of the ZLD unit: 155.77 m³/h.
The ZLD unit is designed for the deep processing of mineralized wastewater, primarily the concentrate from the first-stage reverse osmosis unit, which is formed during the desalination of the feedwater in the WTP unit. The target product of the unit is partially demineralized water in the amount of 109.14 m³/h.

The capacity of the WWTP:

  • 1,183 m³/day for the treatment of oil-containing, storm, and domestic wastewater. – for the treatment of industrial chemically contaminated wastewater 3366 m3/day.
